It’s a light-hearted title and easy to boot, something really fitting for being an introducion to the otome world or a break from the more serious stories. There is inconsistency in the graphics, I won’t deny that, but even after all those years I still find the game pretty to look at. Also loved Merui - this nerdy girl has spunk and like I mentioned, gamers will be able to relate with her SO MUCH xD
And the story is actually really good! For a short and a free title it manages to be funny, tackles a cool topic of online gaming (gamer girls out there, you will love it!) which makes the standard school setting so much more interesting and the three boys our MC can date: the nerd, the jock and the shy classmate, aren’t as stereotypical as you might think at the first glance (Travis, the nerd, was my personal favourite though :)). Re: Alistair is a stat-raiser, so the gameplay here requires a bit more attention than a typical vn, but its mechanics are easy to grasp and more importantly, it’s not annoying - the story is still the main focus of the game. I love books, don’t get me wrong, but this kind of game-not-really-game seemed strange… however when I started, I just instantly fell in love with the concept ^^
DIABOLIK LOVERS GAME ENGLISH ONLINE HOW TO
At the time I had no idea what otoges are, how to play them or why are they supposed to be fun. The reason being simple: Re: Alistair is the first otome game I played in my life. It’s not the newest title possible, but I couldn’t really start my recommendations any other way. New friends, balance schoolwork and fun, go shopping, search for theĬulprit, and maybe even discover a new romance. Unfortunately, she has no idea who he is in real life. Merui also has a very short temper, so when some JERK namedĪlistair steals a rare item from her, she’s determined to exact revenge
Merui loves video games, especially her favorite MMORPG, Rivenwell
